Sacred Saturdays is our monthly virtual gathering — an early morning writing session held in community with Black women.
Before the demands of the day begin, we come together to breathe, to listen, and to write.
At Aya Collective Publishing, we believe that leaning into a God consciousness that feels secure begins with honoring the divine voice within ourselves. In 2025, our writers explored this sacred work during our monthly Sacred Saturday Sessions which focused on our latest texts, Finding the Voice Within and Reconsidering Eve.
If you missed a session, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Each session was recorded, and is available for you to listen, reflect, and move through the powerful writing exercises our writers created.
And if you are new to Sacred Saturdays, be sure to register for the sessions now. We meet either the third or fourth Saturday of every month. See you soon!

- To what extent do these readings help you consider the ways in which you are finding, or have found, the Divine voice within?
- If you began to write your own story about Finding the Voice Within, what would it look like?
