Gandy from the University of Minnesota’s College of Liberal Arts and Ebony Aya from the Aya Collective sat down to discuss their writing project, “Chronicling Our Experiences as Black Women in Higher Education.” This initiative brings together 24 Black women from various higher education institutions to share their stories.
