The River Rages

Contributing Author, Bethany Camille James

The river rages.

The freshwater(s) like to move in stages.

Similarly, your blessings flow.

The atmospheric river has large areas of divergent surface airflow.

My sorrows, like the waters, dissipate.

Open your wonders and the floodgates.

Let freshwater(s) come or flow.

The newness of life and strength untold.

The water moves zero height from the riverbed.

Let the waters swell and spread.

The river wall, like my breakthrough, comes tumbling down.

The waters surround me as if to be drowned.

Let the river overflow me.
